Email [email protected] with your order number and the item concerned before sending anything back. We’ll confirm eligibility, the return address, and the next steps for your destination.
Return condition
Unless an item is faulty or applicable law provides otherwise, it should be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. We may ask for photographs when an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective.
Eligibility & timing
Contact us promptly after delivery. Eligibility and timing can depend on the product, its condition, and mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Return shipping
We’ll explain who is responsible for return shipping before you send the item. Do not return a parcel to an address shown on its outbound label; that may be a fulfillment location that cannot receive returns.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Bank or payment-provider processing times are outside our control. Original and return shipping may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
