Tell us the email used at checkout, your order number, and a concise description of what you need. For damaged or incorrect goods, include clear photographs so we can investigate efficiently.
Before ordering
Send the product name, intended destination, and size you’re considering. We can clarify product information, but delivery dates remain estimates and address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment starts.
Security
WHATHEFIT support will not ask for your password, full payment-card number, or card security code by email.
