How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 3–6 weeks (21–42 calendar days) from the order date. Delivery dates are estimates, not promises.
How much is shipping?
Standard Shipping is priced by destination and merchandise subtotal. Your bag and checkout show the applicable charge and free-shipping threshold before you order.
Will I receive tracking?
Tracking is shared when it becomes available. International fulfillment and multi-item orders can mean tracking appears after preparation or arrives in more than one parcel.
Could customs charges apply?
Yes. Import duties, taxes, or handling charges may apply depending on the destination and are generally the customer’s responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us immediately. We’ll try to help, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.
How do I start a return?
